Tsutenkaku's highlights are the observation deck, attractions, Billiken, and the surrounding scenery. The observation deck offers a panoramic view of Osaka's cityscape, and the views from the "Golden Observatory" and "TIP THE TSUTENKAKU," where you can see through to your feet, are particularly popular. Attractions include the "TOWER SLIDER," where you can slide down the tower, and the "WALK," where you can try out some athletic activities. Another feature of the tower is that there are multiple "Billiken," beloved as the god of good fortune, inside. The vibrant shopping streets and giant billboards of the surrounding "Shinsekai" are also highlights worth seeing along with Tsutenkaku.
Dotonbori's highlights include touring the giant neon signs such as the Glico sign and Kani Douraku, the Tonbori River Cruise, taking commemorative photos at Ebisubashi Bridge, cultural facilities such as the Osaka Shochikuza and Kamigata Ukiyo-e Museum, and the many gourmet foods that symbolize the "town of gourmets" such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki. The illuminated streets are especially beautiful at night, and a river cruise is also recommended.
