When you land, one of your friendly, bilingual drivers will be waiting just outside the arrivals area holding a sign with your name (and possibly Gordo our stuffed mascot). We will monitor flight delays to ensure timely pickup—no waiting, no hassle.

Once you book with Sloth Travel, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. We’ll reconfirm all the details the day before your arrival to ensure everything is set.
On the day of your arrival, we’ll stay in touch to monitor any flight changes and keep everything running smoothly.
After you collect your luggage and clear immigration, your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name for easy recognition—you might even spot Gordo, your friendly stuffed animal mascot!
We’ll take care of loading your luggage, and then we’ll head toward Jacó. Along the way, we’re happy to make stops for groceries, bathroom breaks, or anything else you might need. Of course, we’ll also stop at the famous Crocodile Bridge in Tárcoles—it's a must-see!
Once we arrive at your destination, we’ll help you unload your bags and make sure you’re safely settled into your new temporary home.
