It's not uncommon to spot wildlife along the way—graceful deer, wild boars, horses, or cows grazing below. As we fly lower, friendly locals sometimes wave from their gardens or fields—though it’s usually their dogs who spot us first and announce our arrival with enthusiastic barks.

Our flight lasts about one hour and is followed by a Tuscan-style breakfast with sparkling wine served on the landing field. The entire experience—from meeting to farewell—lasts approximately 3 hours.
