Stop 1

In the morning, meet your tour guide at hotel lobby. Since this is a private tour, feel free to let your guide know any specific place that you want to visit and he/she will customize an itinerary for you. The following is a default itinerary that includes Nanjing must-visit places.
Typically, you will first visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, a tribute to Dr. Sun Yat-sen (1866-1925), China's revolutionary leader who championed national rejuvenation.Through vivid storytelling, you'll explore China's 1920s socio-political landscape.Your guide will provide engaging commentary on the 1911 Revolution and Sun's political legacy.

Afterwards, we will go to Zhonghua Gate, a 14th-century fortress exemplifying Ming dynasty military ingenuity. This "impregnable" structure features triple-layered瓮城(wèng chéng)defenses and 27 hidden barracks capable of housing 3,000 troops. Each brick bears craftsmen's names-a Ming-era quality control system. Your guide will reveal its evolution: from guarding imperial wealth as "聚宝门" (Jubao Gate) to witnessing the 1937 Battle of Nanjing.

Then, we will head to Nanjing Museum, which is know as China’s three biggest national museum with more than 420 thousands collections. You will learn a lot about China 5 thousands history and its rich historical and cultural heritage.

At the end of the trip, we will go to Confucius Temple, which has great night views and is surrounded by many Chinese goods stores.You can buy some traditional Chinese products here such as tea, Tea, paper fan, refrigerator magnet,etc. If time allowed, yon can also take a boat ride at Qinhuai River(at your own expenses).
After the tour ends, the tour guide will take you back to your hotel.
