Visit the room where the Forma Urbis was originally located and end your walk in front of the Colosseum just below the Colossus of Nero.
The software we provide during the tour uses the best technologies for Augmented Reality and the tracking of the user's movements and position, thus allowing us to align your point of view in the world with the real-time 3D virtual reconstruction of the area you are visiting.

Detailed itinerary

The experience begins on the sidewalk overlooking the magnificent Trajan Forum. There you'll be able to see the great Basilica Ulpia with it's marvelous colonnades and exedras, while walking for tens of meters.

The second stop is on the bridge in the middle of the Trajan Forum. From there you'll see the entire Forum with it's Exedras, the central square and the colonnades. You'll be able to walk freely for the entire bridge while viewing the virtual recontruction.

The third stop is on the sidewalk ovelooking the Forum of Caesar. There you'll see the great Forum and the Temple of Venus Genetrix.

The next stop is at the middle of Fori Imperiali street, in front of the magnificent Forum of Pacis, where you'll see the ancient gardens, the Temple of Pacis and Altars.

The fifth stop of the tour, is in front of the Forum of Nerva. The virtual reconstrution will place you in front of the Temple of Minerva.

The sixth stop is in front of the Forum of Augustus. You'll be able the see the great Temple of Mars Ultor, the Exedras and the Hall of Colossus of Augustus.

On the sidewalk in front of the Santi Cosma e Damiano Basilica, you'll be able to see the hall where the Forma Urbis, the map of the ancient Rome, was originally located.

The tour ends in front of the magnificent Colosseum near the the Colossus of Nero. From there you'll be able to walk and see the beautiful square of the Colosseum and it's surrounding wonders.
