This experience takes place in an elegant Roman salon, with attention to detail and full of atmosphere. Here, Cantiere Gastronomico doesn't just offer you a cooking lesson: it invites you to build together a path made of authentic gestures, real flavors and shared passion. We will prepare together different formats of ravioli and classic tiramisu, starting DA scratch and step by step. Each movement will be an opportunity to tell a story, learn something new and create a memory DA carry with it.
Our project was born with the idea of growing together with our guests, and is enriched DA collaboration with the restaurant Chinappi, excellence of Roman haute cuisine for over 15 years. For us cooking is about building bonds, memory and beauty. It's more than a course: it's a DA experience and DA story together.
The Chinappi Restaurant is in Via Augusto Valenziani, behind Piazza Fiume, near Via Veneto and the center. From the bus stop in Piazza Fiume, with the Rinascente behind, go towards the Faro bar, pass it in the direction of Via Piave : after 50 meters on the left you will find Via Valenziani.
