This experience takes place in an elegant Roman salon, carefully curated and rich in atmosphere. Here, Cantiere Gastronomico doesn’t just offer you a cooking class - it invites you to build a journey made of authentic gestures, true flavors, and shared passion.
Together, we’ll prepare various types of fresh pasta and a classic tiramisu, starting from scratch and following each step. Every movement becomes an opportunity to share stories, learn something new, and create lasting memories.
Our project was born from the desire to grow alongside our guests, and it is enriched by the collaboration with Ristorante Chinappi, a benchmark of Roman fine dining for over 15 years.
For us, cooking means building connections, memories, and beauty. It’s more than a class.
It’s a moment to live and to remember, together.
