It is a guided walking food tour through one of Addis Ababa’s vibrant neighbourhoods. The tour includes a visit of three different restaurant. After meeting your local guide at Moyes Coffee Shop, the tour begins with a taste of authentic Ethiopian vegan dishes at a nearby local restaurant.
We’ll then continue to two more local restaurants, each offering different regional specialties. At every stop, your guide will share stories about Ethiopia’s food culture, the meaning behind the dishes, and the local ingredients used in their preparation.
The experience concludes with the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, a cultural highlight that reflects the country’s warmth, hospitality, and love for coffee.
