Hi!
We are Arinna & David, the duo behind The Essential Ljubljana Tour.
On this walk, you won’t just see the sights — you’ll feel the rhythm of the city, hear a few stories you won’t find online, and have the chance to chat, ask, and laugh along the way.
We’d be delighted to meet you and help you discover Ljubljana. This isn't only a tour filled with historical facts, but an experience where you meet Ljubljana with a personal touch, interaction, and your own input.
Our tour will begin on Prešeren Square, which is considered Ljubljana's most important square.
Our tour will continue throughout the city centre and Kongress Square, where we will see some beautiful architecture.
We will visit NUK, the most important national library, and see the work of the famous architect Jože Plečnik.
Even though the Square is old, time did not affect its beauty.
The centre and seat of the Ljubljana municipality is full of interesting stories.
Flowers, food, local produce - the real heart of Ljubljana
At the end you will get to know why Ljubljana is the city of dragons.
Meet us near the Prešeren monument, between the two trees.
