Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

After booking, we’ll contact you within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email to confirm your details. The exact pickup time and location will be shared by 9:00 PM the day before the tour.

On the day, your guide or driver will meet you at your hotel or a confirmed location in downtown Zhangjiajie or Wulingyuan, holding a sign with your name or booking number. Pickup outside the main area can be arranged upon request.

Enjoy a scenic ride to the Wulingyuan entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Skip the long lines with VIP access and enter China’s first national forest park, a UNESCO site featuring 3,000+ sandstone pillars, ancient trees, and dramatic canyons.

2
Stop 2

Pause to admire panoramic views of the Wulingyuan core zone—a geological wonderland of razor-like peaks, emerald valleys, and atmospheric clouds that roll like waves through the mountains.

3
Stop 3

Take a short break at the landmark gate for a photo opportunity. This symbolic archway marks the gateway to one of China's most iconic natural destinations.

4
Stop 4

Step into the heart of Zhangjiajie, where colossal stone towers pierce the sky and cliffs stretch endlessly into the mist. These quartz-sandstone pillars have stood for millions of years, formed by wind and water erosion, and now form the backdrop of countless legendary photos.

5

Your shuttle winds along the Golden Whip Stream—a lush canyon famed for its emerald waters, sheer cliffs, and wild monkey sightings. Often called “Zhangjiajie’s green corridor,” it’s a visual feast even from the window.

6

Arrive at the intersection of four valleys known as Shuiraosimen, where streams meet beneath towering peaks. The area is famous for its vibrant ecosystem, echoing cliffs, and ever-changing light filtering through the dense forest canopy.

7

Skip the 2-hour mountain climb and ascend 326 meters in just 66 seconds via the world’s tallest outdoor glass elevator. As you rise along the cliff face, enjoy unbeatable views of the canyon below—an exhilarating moment for first-time visitors.

8

Welcome to the most photographed part of Zhangjiajie—home of the “Avatar Hallelujah Mountains.” Walk along cliff-hanging walkways to viewpoints like Misty Platform and the famous First Bridge under Heaven. This surreal terrain inspired filmmakers and travelers alike.

9

A jaw-dropping natural stone arch spanning two cliffs, 25 meters long and 357 meters high. This bridge is a marvel of erosion and one of Zhangjiajie’s iconic photo spots.

10

Hop aboard a priority eco-shuttle through twisting mountain roads. This 30-minute ride offers glimpses of remote peaks and hanging clouds as you ascend toward the commanding Tianzi Mountain.

11

Nicknamed “Monarch of the Peaks,” Tianzi Mountain features jaw-dropping cliffs and ethereal cloud seas. Don’t miss iconic formations like Imperial Brush Peak and Fairy Maid Scattering Flowers—each with a unique legend and silhouette.

12

Reach one of the highest viewing platforms in the park. The Tianzi Pavilion offers 360° views of majestic stone towers rising through clouds, especially magical during mist or winter snow.

13

Descend effortlessly via the scenic cableway. The ride reveals layered cliffs, plunging valleys, and an ever-changing play of light and shadow over the sandstone towers.

14

Transfer down to the valley floor aboard a priority shuttle, where the terrain shifts from towering peaks to whimsical rock formations along a gentle scenic trail.

15

Stroll or optionally ride a mini sightseeing train through this famed corridor. Admire lifelike formations such as “Old Man Gathering Herbs,” “Three Sisters Peaks,” and “Longevity Welcoming Rock.” Every stone tells a story (train ticket not included).

16
Stop 16

Longevity Welcoming Rock:Take photos beside the iconic rock resembling a smiling elder greeting guests. A symbol of good fortune, this is one of the most beloved formations in the park.

17
Stop 17

Board your final eco-shuttle for a smooth and restful ride back toward the park gate. Reflect on a full day of high cliffs, serene trails, and unforgettable views.
