3. Chauffeur Arrival
• Chauffeur arrives 10–15 minutes early at pickup location or designated waiting zone (airport terminal, hotel, etc.).
• If Meet & Greet is selected, chauffeur waits inside with a personalized sign and assists the client from baggage claim or hotel lobby.
• Client receives a live arrival notification via SMS or call.



4. Ride Experience
• Clients are welcomed into a luxury SUV or premium sedan with a calm, professional atmosphere.
• In-ride amenities include climate control, charging ports, water, snacks, and more.
• Chauffeur follows any "pre-scheduled" stops or preferences (roadshows, city tours, etc.).


5. Drop-Off
• Chauffeur arrives promptly at the final destination.
• Assists with luggage and ensures passengers exit comfortably.

Smoking & Cleaning Fees • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A $300 smoking fee will apply for any violation. • Damaging or leaving excessive mess in the vehicle (including spills, stains, or bodily fluids) will incur a $300 cleaning and sanitation fee.
Airport Pickup Waiting Time A 60-minute complimentary grace period is offered from the actual landing time. After 60 minutes, the chauffeur may: • Mark the ride as a no-show, or • Extend the wait time, based on availability, billed at our hourly rate of $150.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the operational coordination with our internal logistics team and third-party suppliers.
Any extra unplanned stops will be subject to a $20 fee per stop.
