Welcome to Ryoko's Cozy Cooking Class!Hi, I am Ryoko of the cooking instructor.In this class,You can experience Japanese soul food in an authentic Japanese home while getting a taste of local culture in a casual environment. Class is simple,small group of 2-8 people,conducted in English and last 3 hours. Learn cooking techniques and simple recipes in an informal,comfortable atmosphere while enjoying socializing with each other.After explaining the ingredients and seasonings,we will make ramen soup stock from scratch and all of the ramen except for the noodles.Especially making gyoza, children can also have fun together. After an enjoyable lunch,please enjoy homemade coffee jelly. It is a special coffee dessert only found in Japan and is recommended even for those who do not like coffee.
