About this experience

Departure from your hotel in Rome to higlights Ancient tour of Rome ( Colosseum , San Peter , Saint Angels Castle , Trastevere ) and start to the Roman Castle 40 minutes from Rome .  Tour of the lake of Castel Gandolfo (summer residence of the Pope) to be continued in an old winery in Old Frascati ( the nicknamed the Papal Town) to see the ancient wineries, and how to handle a vineyard , then there will be a tasting of 3 types of wines DESCRIBED BY A PROFESSIONAL SOMMELIER .  For the lunch we will go an  characteristic small restaurant ( for a full meal) with only local produce and pasta made by the owners accompanied by  fantastic wine Frascati DOC .

Back to Rome where de customers whant .

Tour our beautiful artisanal Frascati Vineyard and 16th century Farmhouse and Winery accompanied by the winemaker. Learn about how the artisanal winemaking tradition has been kept alive by a devotion to traditional winemaking techniques, incorporated into the production of our modern DOCG wines. Explore a deep wine cave which dates back to the times of Ancient Rome.

Taste our three wines; Frascati Superiore DOCG, Red Vagnolo IGT and Sweet Cannellino DOCG.

Each wine is described in detail by our licensed sommelier and is accompanied by freshly baked goods picked up from the bakery in the center of Frascati during the tour of town. You will also enjoy our delicious extra virgin olive oil.

Sit and relax while sipping your wine in a beautiful setting with amazing views of Rome in the distance.
After the vineyard, lunch will be served in a charming Osteria back in the center of Frascati with your favorite wine from the tasting.
Lunch begins with local cheeses, vegetables & different salumi and is followed by fresh homemade pasta with seasonal sauces. The meal is also served with your favorite wine from the tasting.
