1. Booking Confirmation
Once you book your wine tour, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details, including pickup time, location, and contact info. You’ll also be asked to provide your hotel address or preferred pickup spot.
2. Day of the Tour – Pickup
Your professional driver will arrive at the agreed location (hotel, airport, or custom address) on time. The vehicle will be clearly marked, and the driver will carry a sign with your name or group name o help you identify them easily.
3. Vehicle & Comfort
You’ll ride in a comfortable 24-passenger minibus equipped with leather seats, air conditioning, curtain-covered windows, and a clean, quiet interior. Plenty of space for wine purchases and personal bags.
4. Scenic Drive to the Wineries
Enjoy a scenic and relaxing route through BC’s beautiful wine country. Along the way, the driver may offer optional commentary or make photo stops if time allows.
5. Winery Visits: You’ll be dropped off at each winery’s entrance, where you’ll enjoy pre-arranged tastings or tours (if included). Your driver will wait nearby and ensure timely transitions between locations.
6. Return Trip
After your final tasting, you’ll be driven back safely to your original pickup point or another drop-off location by request.
7. Drop-Off
Expect a smooth, direct ride back unless a scenic route or stop is requested in advance. The service ends with drop-off at your chosen spot.
