For safe ATV operation, riders should be in suitable physical and mental condition. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. There are no weight limitations.
A minimum age of 15 is required for ATV drivers. Passengers require a minimum age of 5. Passenger bookings must specify a 'child ticket' when booking and passengers are prohibited from driving.
For safety reasons, a weight limit of 120 kg is recommended for the zipline activity.
The zipline activity involves physical exertion, and therefore, participation for individuals aged 70 and over is not advised due to potential risks.
Participants are required to strictly adhere to all instructions provided by the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator reserves the right to immediately stop any dangerous riding or inappropriate behavior, and no refunds will be issued.
Participants are not required to possess an ATV license for this activity.
Participants are required to provide closed-toe footwear with adequate traction for the ATV and zipline activities, ensuring both safety and comfort.
In the unlikely event that a tour cancellation is necessary, we will provide timely notification and offer you the choice of rescheduling, an alternative tour, or a complete refund.
