Even with the 'Ticket with Thai Costume' option, a refundable THB 300 cash deposit for the costume rental is required upon arrival at Mallika City
Within Mallika City, all transactions use traditional "Satang" coins, which visitors must exchange for modern currency at entry booths
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to change your reservation date, please notify us at least 5 days before your original arrival

Please present your booking confirmation or e-ticket at the Mallika City entrance ticket counter to redeem your admission ticket. You may show either a printed voucher or a mobile voucher. For options including Thai costume rental or buffet lunch, staff will direct you to the designated service counter after ticket redemption.
