For your safety and to protect the natural environment, you must remain on the marked trails. Do not attempt to take shortcuts, veer off the path, or explore unauthorized areas

Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund

The tour involves moderate walking and can be physically demanding. It is not recommended for individuals with severe mobility impairments, chronic heart conditions, significant back issues, or expectant mothers

All activities are subject to prevailing weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, the tour itinerary may be subject to modification or cancellation for safety reasons. Participants will be informed of any such changes

In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement

Meeting point

Alternatively, complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Krabi Town and Ao Nang areas, with scheduled times between 08:00 AM and 09:20 AM. Kindly meet your driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
