About this experience
Hello people! I'm an experienced soap maker based in Rhodes, Greece !
This summer season I'll be hosting traditional soap making workshops were I will guide you through the process of making your own soap bar from scratch!
Greek islands are connected with traditional soap making since the ancient civilizations , the name of soap came from a poet 'Sapfo' who lived in Lesvos island and was among the first who used soap to wash her clothes.
In this interactive workshop we will learn how to create a natural soap using extra virgin olive oil and local herbal teas and essential oils. Each one of you will have the chance to customize their recipe to their needs. The workshop will be held in a traditional vineyard in a beautiful location close to the Rhodes butterfly valley!
