Step 1: Easy Booking
Customers can book their transfer online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. At the time of booking, they provide their pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, and any special requirements.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation
Once the booking is received, the customer receives a confirmation message with all the trip details, including driver contact (if applicable), vehicle type, and pickup instructions.
Step 3: Pickup
On the day of travel, the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location on time.
At airports: The driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying the customer’s name.
At hotels or private addresses: The driver will wait at the entrance or at the designated location.
Step 4: Meet & Greet
