This experience is designed around one clear moment: the feeling of riding your first real wave. Instead of a crowded group lesson or a rigid class structure, the session adapts continuously to the ocean conditions and to you. There is no rush, no shouting, and no technical overload.
A local ocean coach stays close in the water at all times, adjusting positioning in real time and helping you feel when the moment is right. You’re encouraged to try, rest, adjust, and try again at your own rhythm. Most guests manage to stand on a wave during the session, but more importantly, everyone leaves with a clear understanding of why it worked and what surfing actually feels like.
The focus is not on ticking boxes or completing a syllabus, but on creating a calm, personal first-wave experience that feels intentional, safe, and real.
The experience takes place at Las Américas Beach (Playa de las Américas) in the south of Tenerife. The exact meeting point on the beach may vary depending on ocean conditions and will be confirmed by your local ocean coach via WhatsApp.
