About this experience

Hello everyone, my name is Amit and I’m a yoga teacher from Rishikesh (India), the yoga capital of the world.
I have done my bachelor's and master degree in yogic science and I have several years of experience in teaching both in retreats, yoga schools and workshops in India and in Italy.
If there is something that I really love is moving my body. Through the movement, I get to know myself deeply and this makes me feel in harmony with everything around me.
I started practicing dance as a kid and learnt different styles but only when the magic of yoga entered my life I found the best version of myself.
Sharing the knowledge of yoga with people and seeing the joy in their eyes during practice is my mission! I’m looking forward to practice with you!
