About this experience

Enter the home of a Roman Chef DOC, in a real neighborhood away from tourists but rich in history, a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of St. Paul and a 5-minute drive from the Catacombs of St. Callisto.

Under my guidance you will put your hands in pasta and learn how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch, learn how to make them at home to friends and family! You will learn how to make classic Roman sauces and what kind of pasta to match them with.
As you cook, you will hear stories and curiosities about the culinary traditions of Rome, in an intimate and convivial atmosphere and we will end our experience with a classic espresso coffee made by us.
