The booking period runs from September 2025 to January 2026 or until all available places are filled which are between 8 and 10 places. Once this period of time has passed, the place cannot be guaranteed. It is booked with 100€ on this platform. The total amount of the trip to Avalon Island is 2400€, so the remaining amount to pay would be 2,300€. Payment must be by bank transfer. The rest of the amount can be divided into several instalments up to one month before the date of the trip, which must be completed the entire budget. Contact the travel organization to clarify possible doubts and all concerns that may arise.
Not recommended for people who have difficulty in their legs
It is not advisable to go with minors. It's a journey of internalization.

Meeting point

In the event that the arrival at the airport was at different times than the group, the traveler would be instructed how to arrive with alternative transport or individual hire of a taxi to meet us at the accommodation, or failing that at the City Hall.

Welcome to this magical trip that we will do from 28/07 to 3/08 2025. Thank you for taking part in this amazing adventure and for making your €300 reservation.

The remaining amount of 1700€ until the end of this trip can be paid in convenient monthly terms up to one month before the date of the trip, i.e. 28 June 2025 and until the end of 2000€, which includes what is specified in the product content, as well as details what is not included. Check everything out!

The reservation of 300€ is non-refundable. I recommend that you take out travel insurance that includes flight cancellation among its coverage. Although the trip to Avalon Island contains liability insurance and international travel insurance, it does not provide for certain individual coverages subject to contracting the flight.

If you think you are in a mistake when booking this reservation, or want to clarify all the details, do not hesitate to write an email to info@ladiosaciclica.com or send a whatsapp to the number (+34) 650 428 873 to leave everything solved before continuing with the participation in this mythical trip to the island of Avalon.

In the event that you have made an error and this is within 3 days of booking, we will refund the full 300€ by writing an email to info@ladiosaciclica.com with your request. After 3 days of booking we will understand that you are going ahead with the trip and there will be no refund. Feel free to contact us to resolve any concerns.

Once the booking confirmation has been made, an email will be sent to each participant with a list of materials and directions for travel to Avalon Island. Remember to apply for the ETA, the certificate to enter the UK. Write to The Cyclic Goddess if you need guidance. Don't leave it to the end!
