Then we will head to our sustainable mezcal distillery, where we will enjoy the food cooked in the market in a pleasant coexistence between stories, laughter and mezcals with friends and new acquaintances. You will know firsthand the artisan process that transforms maguey into an elixir full of history, where every detail, from harvest to distillation, influences its flavor and quality.

Leaving the meeting point in the center of the city of Oaxaca, we will cross the route of the mezcal to reach the town of Tlacolula, where we will enter the Casa Q distillery for refreshing drinks and then head to the center of the town
After cooling off with drinks at Destilería Casa Q, we will walk to the center of town, walk 300 meters to reach the Chapel of the Lord of Tlacolula where you can appreciate its beauty and take photos in this majestic church of the 16th century
After the tour in the church of Señor de Tlacolula, we will walk 50 meters to reach the market where its traditional smoke aisle is located where you will live the experience of grilling meats (tasajo and chorizo), with onions and water chilies, in which the meats are grilled you can visit other areas of the market, such as its aisle of exquisite bread and craft stands of communities next to Tlacolula
Finishing the whole tour in the market, we will return to the Casa Q Distillery where through a group coexistence you will enjoy the exquisite food that you grill yourself in the market, as well as unlimited mezcal and unlimited refreshing drinks; later the master mezcalero will give an explanation of the process of making the mezcal, where you can also taste its exclusive mezcales and distillates of great reserve; ending the tour you will be part of an excellent tasting guided by the master mezcalero, where you will taste the variety of mezcales and distillates made in the distillery; in this exquisite tasting you will have the opportunity to taste a surprise distillate UNIQUE IN THE WORLD.
Finishing the tasting you can continue tasting the mezcal or distillate that was most to your liking.
We will then return safely to the meeting point in the center of Oaxaca City.
