4. Day-Before Reminder

5. Pickup & Meet-and-Greet
Airport: Driver waits in Arrivals with a name sign. Flight delays tracked, with a 60-min grace period. Beyond that, waiting counts toward booked hours.
Hotels/Residences: Pickup at lobby/entrance (15-min grace). If access is restricted, we’ll set a safe nearby point.
