Step-by-Step Transportation Process
1. Reservation Confirmation
Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to provide your flight information (airline and flight number) or your hotel name and pickup time, depending on the direction of your transfer.
2. Flight Monitoring (Airport Pickups)
Our team will monitor your flight in real time to know your exact arrival time and terminal at Cancun International Airport. There are four terminals, so this step is essential to coordinate your pickup efficiently.
3. Meeting Point Coordination
Once you land and are ready to be picked up, one of our agents will contact you via message or phone to send the exact location of your meeting point, which will be just outside your terminal.
4. Driver Arrival
Your driver will arrive within 5–10 minutes at the confirmed meeting point. Look for someone holding a banner with your name, ready to assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
5. Hotel Drop-Off
Sit back and relax while we take you safely and comfortably to your hotel in Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum.
6. Hotel-to-Airport Transfers
For departures, your driver will arrive on time at the scheduled pickup hour, directly outside the hotel lobby. You will then be transported to the correct terminal at the airport with plenty of time for your flight check-in.
