What you'll see

When you make your reservation you will be sent confirmation quickly, the manager will contact you. When your plane lands at San Jose Airport, you will get off the plane and head to the terminal. Once inside the terminal, you will first go through immigration and show your passport and documents and then collect your luggage. (This may take some time depending on how many planes landed at the same time.) After picking up your luggage, you will pass through customs, where you will hand in your customs declaration form and press a button. If you get the green light, you go from... If you get a red light, you will be randomly checked and then you will leave the building.
Please note: On the way to the exit, you will pass through the first set of sliding glass doors and as soon as these doors are opened, you will find the first Shark tank! With many aggressive timeshare providers trying to get you to a presentation. IGNORE AND AVOID THEM at all times. Just keep saying no, thank you. There will be a second set of glass doors where you will meet the second shark tank!! You'll have a chance to say no again, thank you. Continue until you find the 3rd and final set of sliding doors. Just turn right and exit the airport terminal.
When you leave the terminal with your luggage, walk through the first area where private taxi drivers are waiting and offering their services, you will also see two bars on each right/left side, beyond that you will see a line of 13 large umbrellas. Your driver will be waiting for you on umbrellas 9 and 10, you will have a sign with your name on it.
