If you arrive by public transport:
Take the R-1 or R-2 route to the Cancun Hotel Zone.
Ask the driver to drop you off at the Playa Tortugas stop.
Once you get off, walk approximately 2 minutes to the Oceanix ticket office, located at the main entrance to the beach.
If you arrive by car:
Playa Tortugas has parking (subject to availability). It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes in advance to complete the ticket exchange without rush.
