Stop 1
Get an entry ticket and a digital guide of the Arc de Triomphe. A visit to the Arc de Triomphe is a visit to one of the nation's most sacred monuments – it honors those who sacrificed their lives for France.
The names of victorious French battles and generals are inscribed on the walls. At the foot of the monument lies the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Eternal Flame, which is rekindled every evening at 6:30 pm by members of the Committee of the Flame, so that it never extinguishes.
