This is the back parking lot of the Mount Royal Hotel in downtown Banff—often referred to as the Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal at the rear of the building.
It’s behind the hotel, accessed via Beaver Street.
Please arrive at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure time. Present your mobile or printed ticket to the driver upon boarding. Look for a vehicle marked "Banff Explorer" or ask for the driver by name if provided.
