About this experience
This is more than a workshop—it's a cultural experience in the heart of Chania.
We’ll begin with a short stroll through the city garden, where you’ll discover Kipos Café, a charming, historic place that’s been open since 1870—a real gem of local culture.
In its peaceful garden, you’ll join a creative and engaging workshop. You’ll learn how to write in ancient Greek letters and combine calligraphy with simple ancient greek elements paintings to create your own personal artwork, which you'll take home.
You’ll also learn to write your name in ancient Greek, while enjoying coffee, mountain tea, and traditional Cretan finger food in a relaxing atmosphere.
This is an easy and enjoyable activity—no experience needed, minimal walking, and ideal for families (with kids 8+), students, adults, and seniors who want to connect with Greek culture in a fun and artistic way.
