We learn how to identify some of the wild and medicinal plants that grow on Dominica's topography and those that locals forage for medicinal use. For tea, culinary use and bush Rums. Also enjoy the scenic drive from the south the center of the island before we make our stop to explore some areas around the Morne trois pitons National park . Emerald Pool, Jako Falls and Spanny Twin Falls; there we'll gather the herbs that we'll later use to make tea at our final Location: Ti Kwen Glo cho; An enchanting garden with naturally heated mineral water pools and cold showers. Quite a therapeutic experience.
There we will have a short class about the wild and medicinal herbs that grow in dominica and make tea from those we gathered throughout the trip
