About this experience
The horseback riding portion of our tour starts in the historic Chuberi valley, located at the entrance of Enguri river valley in upper Svaneti region. This valley is intricately linked to the Nakra valley via the Utviri pass, offering a captivating journey through rugged terrain.
What sets this area apart is its seclusion from tourist crowds. Here, you'll find yourself amidst untouched wilderness, with the tranquility of nature, exploring a landscape untouched by the masses.
Utviri pass itself is a noteworthy highlight, boasting an alpine lake nestled right on the pass. As we traverse ancient forests and verdant valleys towards Nakra, we'll be accompanied with magnificent views of snow-capped peaks that define the landscape of Svaneti - Ushba, Lahili etc.
