For A/H ( airport to hotel) 

The driver will meet you at the exit of arrival hall with your name tab. The waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. Then the driver will take you to the hotel. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided. 

For H/A ( hotel to Airport)

The meet place is in hotel lobby. The driver will take your name tab. The pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flight, 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flight. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided.
