The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to be provided. For H/A ( hotel to Airport) The meet place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board waiting there as appinted time. Usually the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flight, 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flight. (Peak Hours and Some airports need add one hour or more just ensure your arrive there in time ) The pick-up name, flight number and airport terminals need to be provided. Please Note: • Tips are not included, these are at your discretion. • Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released. • If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly.
