Stop 1

The Terracotta Warriors museum is world-renowned for its collection of more than 8,000 life-sized Terracotta Warriors and pottery horses, which were excavated from three burial pits. This underground army was originally buried to guard the first Chinese emperor in the afterlife, and there are no historical records that mention its existence. It was only in 1974, when a local farmer was digging a water well, that the army was discovered and became known as the eighth wonder of the world.

Stop 2

Following our visit to the Terracotta Warriors museum, we will head to a popular local restaurant for lunch, where we will savor some of the region's most representative and delicious food and drinks. After lunch, we will drive to Xi'an City Wall. This ancient structure was constructed at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, about 600 years ago. It stretches for approximately 14 kilometers and is regarded as the best-preserved and longest city wall in China. The wall is 12-14 meters wide at the top, 15-18 meters wide at the bottom, and stands 12 meters tall.

Next, we will make our way to the Muslim Quarter, located at the heart of downtown Xi'an. As the starting point of the Silk Road, Xi'an was once the largest international city in the world. Over time, many Muslim traders came to Xi'an to do business and eventually settled down in this area. Today, there are still over 100,000 Muslim residents living in the Muslim Quarter, and most of the restaurants here are run by Muslim locals. In the evening, this area becomes very popular with both travelers and locals alike, who come to sample the many delicious local foods available. For dinner, we will dine in the Muslim Quarter and savor a variety of local snacks, providing an unforgettable culinary experience of your journey in China. After dinner, we will transfer you to your included 5-star hotel, where you will stay in a standard room with breakfast included for the following morning.

Stop 4

Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Xi'an international airport, where you will take a morning flight to Beijing. Upon your arrival at Beijing International airport, our local tour guide and driver will meet you at the exit and take you to the Mutianyu Great Wall. The Mutianyu Great Wall is regarded as the best-preserved and most beautiful section of the Great Wall around Beijing. It is also much less crowded than other parts of the Great Wall, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere to take in the stunning scenery. The cable car ride up and down the Great Wall is included in the tour. The Mutianyu Great Wall is a breathtaking sight to behold throughout the different seasons of the year.

From Mutianyu Great Wall,let's drive to Beijing downtown area,we will come to Nanluoguxiang Hutong,Beijing has the history longer than 2600years,there are many old alleys in Beijing, Nanluoguxiang Hutong is the local oldest and most famous Hutong alley in Beijing,the history of Nanluoguxiang can date back to Yuan dynasty 700years ago. Walking through Nanluoguxiang Hutong,you can feel and touch the locals life and Beijing old history here. Then let's come to a local very popular roast duck restaurant for dinner in a old courtyard. Pekin roast duck is world well-known delicacy, our dinner tonight will be Pekin roast duck, you can even watch how the duck been roasted in the oven and watch the chef use the sharp knife to cut the roast duck in slices in front of you, very interesting and yummy foodie experience. After Pekin roast duck dinner,let's drive to your included hotel,the next morning buffet breakfast is included.

Walking through the Tiananmen Gate, we will walk in the Forbidden City, it was built 600years ago at the beginning of Ming Dynasty, serving to the palaces of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. The whole palace has more than 8400rooms which is the biggest palace in the world. There are three Grand Halls for the emperor's working places at the front area and residential area for the emperor and concubines at the back area, walking along its axis line from the south gate to the north gate. Then we go for lunch in a local popular restaurant which is famous for Beijing traditional hot pot. Please notice that Forbidden City will be closed on every Monday.So we will replace the Forbidden City with Summer Palace or Lama temple.

Stop 8

After lunch,let's go to visit another UNESCO historical sight-Temple of Heaven in Beijing. Temple of Heaven is the place for the ancient Chinese emperors to pray for a good harvest of new year, its architecture design and building is a masterpiece for the ancient Chinese culture and architecture. After we finish the visit of Temple of heaven, if you need us to drop you off at the Beijing international airport, then our driver will take you to the airport directly, or if you need us to drop you off at the hotel which you booked by yourselves,please offer our tour guide and driver about the hotel address, then we can drop you off at the hotel. Then the tour will be finished then.
