For A/H ( airport to hotel) Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of arrival hall with your Name Board. The Free waiting time is 1 hour after one hour late than the actual arrival time. (So you have 2 hours free waiting time after land time, so don't worry pass all aiport board control and customers and visa check luggages pick up procedules !) The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to be provided.
For H/A ( hotel to Airport) The meet place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board waiting there as appinted time. Usually the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flight, 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flight. (Peak Hours and Some airports need add one hour or more just ensure your arrive there in time ) The pick-up name, flight number and airport terminals need to be provided.
