All participants are required to possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention by an officially authorized organization in their home country in order to drive in Japan.
Driving licenses issued by countries not covered under the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not valid for driving in Japan.
Participants with a driver's license issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco must obtain an official Japanese translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) instead of an IDP.
All participants must carry a physical International Driving Permit (or for the exceptional countries listed above, a physical domestic license along with the official Japanese translation) and a physical passport at all times.
US Military personnel may use their SOFA permit or US state license + Active Duty Military ID.
US/Canada/Australia: IDP must be in booklet form (A–E classification). Present IDP, original license, and passport.
India: IDP must be issued by Automobile Association of Western, Upper, Eastern, or Southern India (booklet form, A–E). Present IDP, original license, and passport.

Please join at the time you selected. Arrive 15 minutes before your departure.Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded.
Invalid or expired permits/licenses will prevent participation, and no refund will be given.
Any delay or forgotten documents (International Driving Permit, Japanese translation, passport, etc.) that prevent participation will incur a rescheduling fee of 2,000 JPY per person.
Booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours. Contact support if not received.
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the activity.
