You will have time to visit the imposing Sanctuary of Fatima, where, in 1917, three children claimed to have witnessed apparitions of the Virgin Mary. In the premises, you can admire the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, where the tombs of the three shepherds are found, and the modern Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity, with a capacity for more than 8,000 people.
In the historic village of Batalha, visitors will have the opportunity to admire the magnificent Monastery of Santa Maria da Vitória, one of the most impressive Gothic monuments of Portugal and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
