Get ready for a wine tasting in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica at Castrum Wine Relais, located on the top of the most scenic hill in the village of Castelrotto.
Casa Fraccaroli, one of the oldest houses in the area, built in 1790 and located in Castelrotto Square, consists of a Venetian Villa with an ancient cellar in the basement, a rustic, a large olive grove and a boutique cellar that produces classic wines from Valpolicella. A villa passed down from generation to generation, which has always remained in the family, opens its doors for you to take a day tour of the cellar and barrique cellar, to learn about the evolution and winemaking processes used by Borghetti Giampiero, the current owner of the entire structure.
