About this experience
My father, a chef for over sixty years, will supervise the experience helping you whenever you need it, telling anecdotes about the recipes. We'll learn how to roll out the dough, whip the cream by hand, so when you get home you can show it off with your friends. We will tell you about our history and traditions that make us unique within this country that is Italy.
