2. Hotel Pick-up begins 1 hour before the tour start time.

- If you book the 8:30 AM tour, we will pick you up approximately between 7:30–8:30 AM. (not exactly at 8:30AM.)
Your guide or driver will be holding a signboard with your name.
- The exact pick-up time for your hotel pick-up will be communicated 1 day in advance. (In the evening)

3. These destinations are very touristy due to the unique highlight of the train passing through the train market and vibrant vendors selling goods from boats.

4. Please be aware that traffic in Bangkok can be very busy, so plan to arrive at the meeting point with extra time.

5. It’s essential to be on time at the meeting point, as the tour will begin as scheduled and cannot wait for late arrivals.

6. Guests who miss the tour due to lateness are not eligible for a refund.

7. We advise not booking if you have a flight on the same day.

8. Cash is highly recommended since most stalls charge a 5% fee for card payments.

9. As Thailand can be very hot, bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, an umbrella, or a small fan for comfort.

10. If you start at 6:30 AM, you will return around 1:45–2:30PM.

11. If you start at 8:30–9:00 AM, you will return about 4:30–5:00PM, depending on traffic.
