Crown Range Scenic Lookout – for panoramic views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. The Crown Range Road is the highest main road in New Zealand, reaching an altitude of 1,076 metres (3,530 ft) at its summit. The Cardrona Bra Fence—also playfully called “Bradrona”—is a quirky and celebrated roadside attraction in Central Otago, about halfway between Queenstown and Wānaka. Between Christmas 1998 and New Year 1999, four bras suddenly appeared on a wire fence beside Cardrona Valley Road. The reason remains a mystery, though local folklore suggests a group of women celebrating the millennium might be behind it
