With this service you can count on a friendly and knowledgeable driver (non English speaker), that will pick you up at your hotel at the desired time and drive you to the two most important sights in Bogota’s savannah: Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral and the Guatavita Golden Lake.
Starting at 8:00am at your hotel, this one day trip is the perfect opportunity to breathe the fresh air of the countryside while visiting two sights that uniquely beautiful and Colombian. First our driver will take you to the Salt Cathedral where they will wait outside while you discover this amazing temple by yourself. After that you will make a stop at the village‘s main square. Depending on the schedule, you can have lunch there or at the village of Guatavita before entering the natural reservoir (lunch not included). Our driver will drive you to the entrance of the Guatavita Reservoir - where hiking trails are well marked - and wait for you to enjoy the scenic landscapes of this legendary lake.
At about 4:00pm you will return safely to Bogotá and our driver will drop you off at your hotel or any other place of interest within the city.
