Following gentle paths, you’ll take part in mindfulness activities to awaken your senses and deepen your connection to nature. The mostly silent walk allows space for reflection, with optional sharing.
Led by an experienced guide, this small-group activity (max 10) is fun, unique, and perfect for making memories with friends, family or exploring on your own.
The session ends with “forest tea” and you'll receive an MP3 forest bathing audio link. Suitable for most abilities, inc children 8+, the 400m walk has gentle slopes.
