Stop 1

We will take you to a winery of your choice.
At the winery, the winemaker will offer you a tasting of the best wines of the year, take you to the winery's cellar, which is not usually open to the public, taste the wines in storage, walk through the beautiful vineyards and take pictures. You will have a unique experience. The winemaker's attending guide, stories, and tastings are complementary.

We will enjoy a paired course meal at Katsunuma Brewery, a fine restaurant directly owned by a famous local winery. Lunch and pairings will be served complementary.

Join us for a sake tasting at Sasaichi Sake Brewery, one of the most famous sake breweries in Japan, and spend time listening to valuable stories from the brewers who make the sake and taste the story of sake. The brewer's guide, story, and tasting are complementary.
