Hi guys, I’m Jonny, and I’m excited to take you on a journey through the heart of Northern Portugal.
We’ll start in Barcelos, home to one of the biggest and most traditional markets in the country. This is where local life happens.
We’ll stroll through the market, discover local crafts and ceramics, learn the story of the famous Portuguese rooster, explore the town, and enjoy some local street food alongside the locals.
After Barcelos, we travel back in time to Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal. This beautiful medieval city is full of history and charm.
We’ll visit the castle area, talk about the foundation of the country, feel a bit like warriors from the past, and then enjoy free time in the old town — perfect for photos, small shops, and soaking in the atmosphere.
This is a relaxed tour focused on culture, history, and authentic experiences.
I’m really happy to have you with me — let’s discover Northern Portugal together!
