An Interactive Aquatic Adventure for all Ages! As you cross the threshold into the Encounter you will enter a tropical rain forest and visit your rescued macaws and parrots. Continuing your journey towards the Bay; you will have the opportunity to interact with some of nature’s most amazing sea creatures such as the Mantis Peacock Shrimp, a freshwater exhibit to show you what exactly lies under the local springs, and more! Your exhibitions include two touch tanks – one full of sea stars and urchins, and the affectionately nicknamed Ray Bay! There, your variety of friendly sting rays will happily fly up and accept a gentle stroke. You will finish your journey in front of your 18,000-gallon Caribbean Saltwater Aquarium where you might even see a mermaid or two! Don't forget to stroll back into your gift shop for those amazing treasures!
