This is a full day activity. We start visiting the hanging bridges from Mistico Park to explore the wonderful rain forest through the incredible bridges suspended in the canopy forest.
After around two hours walking and seeing different wildlife, we will drive to the next spot, the Arenal Volcano. Here the walk is focused in the natural history of this incredible natural beauty. We will visit the lava flows of the eruption of 1968 located in El Silencio Park where we'll receive information related to the volcano´s history and the whole activity it had during many years. Here we'll be walking around 1.5 hour.
Then, we'll visit one of the most beautiful attractions in La Fortuna, the incredible La Fortuna Waterfall. This is the biggest waterfall in the area, where the visitor has the opportunity of splash in the refreshing water of La Fortuna River (if the weather conditions are optimal). Around 500 stairs to the bottom of the river are waiting for you to live this incredible experience.
It is a private park located 2km from the Arenal Lake. with more tan 60acres and 15 bridges (6 hanging ones) in the middle of the rain forest. Here is a great place to see wildlife.
It is a private park located in the base of the Arenal Volcano, which has access to the lava fields of 1968. Here, we will walk on a trail of around 2km over the lava rocks.
This a private park in which we will walk around 500 stairs to the bottom of the river where the amazing Fortuna Waterfall is located. It also has a very nice mirador, from where we can enjoy a wonderful view of the waterfall and the rainforest.
We will meet at the reception of the park.
