The aim of the retreat is to combine yoga practice with contact with nature, art and sacredness, in a land particularly rich in these three elements. We will strengthen the body, relax the mind and elevate the spirit through context-aligned yoga practices, dedicated asanas, pranayama techniques, relaxation and meditation.
Many activities also for children, such as hiking, snowshoeing, visit to the reception area for deer and roe deer and a special astronomical observation with telescope and to follow, the traditional treats.
